The above information is for questions and documentation for retirements and CCW renewals. 

If you are going to renew your retirement credentials in person, you will do so at the Monterey Park address.  If you live outside of California, you can renew by mail.  It is recommended that if you renew by mail, that you send your old identification back to the Department by registered mail.

If you mail anything to the Monterey Park address, it will not be delivered.  You must send mail to the 211 W. Temple Street address.
