HR-218 provides that honorably retired peace officers may carry any type of handgun that they have qualified with, revolver, autoloader or derringer. You must qualify with each type of weapon that you intend to carry.

You have to supply your own firearm and appropriate hearing and eyesight protection. This qualification is open to any retired law enforcement personnel from any agency.
We will be meeting in the back room; we will be able to order off of the menu or have their breakfast buffet. The prices are reasonable, and the service is very good. Parking is very easy and abundant.
All LEOS both active and retired are welcomed. You do not have to be an Elk member to go.
The event is 100% free to our Veterans and a guest. It will be a full day celebration beginning with a fishing adventure and ending with an awards ceremony and BBQ.
