HR-218 LEOSA Qualification is available for all LASD Retired personnel who have CCW Endorsed Retired Credentials.

HR-218 provides that honorably retired peace officers may carry any type of handgun that they have qualified with, revolver, autoloader or derringer.  You must qualify with each type of weapon that you intend to carry.

We will be meeting in the back room; we will be able to order off of the menu or have their breakfast buffet. The prices are reasonable, and the service is very good. Parking is very easy and abundant.

All LEOS both active and retired are welcome to attend. You do not have to be an Elk member to be there.

FREE GENERAL PARKING WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE CONVENTION CENTER (GILBERT LINDSAY PLAZA, 1201 FIGUEROA ST. LOS ANGELES, ENTRANCE OFF W. 12TH STREET), WITH A FREE SHUTTLE PROVIDED. PLEASE CARPOOL

You must be a retired LASD sworn employee. CCW ID needs to be up to date prior to qualifying. There is an in-service training day at RIO HONDO so there will be a wait, how long is undetermined.

Blood donations will be in Education Center Room. Photo ID required. Donors will receive a commemorative T-shirt and a $10 gift card to a merchant of their choice via email.  

Join us and enjoy the camaraderie as well as seeing old friends.  Our lunch is open to all former Homicide personnel, as well as anyone who wishes to attend.  We’ve all had friends all over the department so come on out and see old faces.
